Family at 75 m2 is for the family with a rich social life. There is plenty of room for friends and family, and you can use the connecting kitchen/dining room and the living room for social gatherings. Maybe you even want to build a bar or an outdoor kitchen on the terrace.
Family has two bedrooms: One for the parents – with a walk-in-closet – and a bedroom with plenty of closets for clothing and toys. Besides, there is a bathroom and a small hallway with office space.
The doorway between the kitchen/dining room and the living room is so wide that the two rooms seem as one. If you prefer two separate rooms, you can put up a curtain or a bookcase between them.
The two terraces are perfect as lounge areas or creative hobbies. In the summertime, they provide more outdoor space; and during the winter they give you a sense of living in the middle of the nature.
Danish design
Couple is a sustainable Danish design. It is built with CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and insulated with biobased materials. Our goal is for at least 92 % of the house to be made from biogenic materials. This means that your tiny house is able to ”breathe”: It keeps you warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Price: DKK 898,000 incl. Danish VAT, ex. delivery and assembly.
You can reserve a tiny house for a minor deposit (DKK 1,000). Two weeks before the production date, you pay 30 % of the total price of the tiny house.
