Couple at 40 m2 is for the couple who needs a bit more space than a traditional tiny house provides. Couple provides toilet/bathroom, kitchen, bedroom/living room, a bedroom, and a terrace. The open ground plan invites nature inside, and it lets you enjoy the changing of the seasons. Couple is also perfect as an extra home for guests, or as a creative retreat. Our tiny houses live up to the requirements for all-year residence.
A multifunctional tiny house
Tiny Choice emphasizes a multifunctional approach with a maximum usage of space. From the terrace, you enter the living room, which is also your bedroom, and you can create a relaxing corner for Danish ”hygge”, or an open and bright space for you and your friends. The door and the windows open up for the terrace, which gives you the sense of living an outdoor life during all seasons.
The bathroom is placed opposite the kitchen, and it lives up to the Danish requirements for disability friendliness thus allowing disabled people to get around in their wheelchair
The kitchen is functionally situated in order to both shield it and include it in the living room/bedroom, thus being a part of your everyday family life.
Behind the kitchen and the bathroom we have placed a bedroom with a door leading out into nature. The bedroom has plenty of storage for the whole family.
The terrace is an integrated part of the house. At deliverance, the terrace is hooked firmly to the façade to be unfolded. There is room for a table, chairs, and outdoor kitchen – or just for you to relax and enjoy life.
Danish design
Couple is a sustainable Danish design. It is built with CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and insulated with biobased materials. Our goal is for at least 92 % of the house to be made from biogenic materials. This means that your tiny house is able to ”breathe”: It keeps you warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Price: DKK 498,000 incl. Danish VAT, ex. delivery and assembly.
You can reserve a tiny house for a minor deposit (DKK 1,000). Two weeks before the production date, you pay 30 % of the total price of the tiny house.
