Big Family at 75 m2 is larger than a tiny house and for you, who requires more space. This house has all the good qualities, we value when it comes to building tiny houses: Sustainability, sound materials, and a nice place to be. Big Family is everything we wish for – and much more.
This model provides two extra rooms and a walk-in closet with entrance from the kitchen. Both rooms lead out to a terrace, and the doors function as light-giving windows. Thus, Big Family provides room for two adults and at least two children.
Big Family contains a combined toilet/bathroom, living room/kitchen, a walk-in-closet for storage, three bedrooms, and two terraces at the end of the house; thus allowing you to live outdoors, whenever you please. You can use the terraces as outdoor-kitchen, herb garden, lounge area, or play area.
At Tiny Choice, our mantra is that a house must be a nice place to be. Humans are social beings but we also need time for ourselves – no matter how harmonic our family is. Being able to close the door, clear the mind, and contemplate on our own is essential. Therefore, we designed Big Family to allow all family members some time alone – and still have room for toys, clothes, and hobby equipment.
Danish design
Big Family is a sustainable Danish design. It is built with CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) and insulated with bio-based materials.
Our tiny houses live up to the Danish requirements for all-year residence.
Our goal is for at least 92 % of the house to be made from biogenic materials. This means that your tiny house is able to ”breathe”: It keeps you warm in the winter and cold in the summer. Read more about the materials at Sustainability.
Price: DKK 867,500 incl. Danish VAT, ex. delivery and assembly.
You can reserve a tiny house for a minor deposit (DKK 1,000). Two weeks before the production date, you pay 30 % of the total price of the tiny house.
